About the QR Code Generator

Beyond's QR Code Generator makes proper, print-ready QR codes in seconds — for website links, WiFi logins, contact cards and WhatsApp chats. Style them with your brand colour, drop your logo in the centre (error correction automatically rises to the strongest level so the code still scans), and download at up to 2048 pixels: sharp enough for banners and shop-front posters, not just screens.

These are static QR codes, which is a feature, not a compromise: the information lives inside the code itself, so it can never expire, never depends on a subscription staying alive, and keeps working years after printing. The WiFi mode deserves a special mention — guests and customers scan once and join your network, and nobody has to read a password aloud letter by letter ever again.

How it works

  1. Choose the type. Link/Text, WiFi, Contact card or WhatsApp — each opens the right form.
  2. Fill in the details. Enter the destination or details. For WiFi, that is your network name, password and security type.
  3. Style it. Pick a code colour, and add your logo in the centre if you want it branded.
  4. Download the PNG. Choose your size — 1024px suits flyers, 2048px suits large print — and save.

Why Beyond

  • Four code types, including WiFi and save-my-contact cards.
  • Logo-in-the-middle support with automatic high error correction.
  • Print-sharp downloads up to 2048px, with no watermark and no expiry.

Frequently asked questions

Do these QR codes expire?+

No. These are static QR codes — the information lives inside the code itself, not on a server — so they work forever, as long as the thing they point to (like your link) is still live.

What is the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?+

A static code holds the final destination directly and can never be changed after printing. A dynamic code points to a redirect service, so the destination can be edited later and scans can be counted — that needs a hosted backend, which is why dynamic codes usually come from paid services.

Can I put my logo in the middle of the QR code?+

Yes. Upload your logo and Beyond places it in the centre with the strongest error correction switched on, so the code still scans reliably. Always test-scan the final code before printing in bulk.

Which colours scan best?+

Dark code on a light background. Black on white is the most reliable; deep purple, navy and dark green also scan well. Avoid light colours for the code itself and never invert the code (light on dark).

Is this QR code generator free?+

Yes — free, no sign-up, no watermark, and your data is never uploaded anywhere.

What size should I print my QR code?+

At least 2×2 cm for close-up scanning (flyers, packaging), and roughly 1 metre of scanning distance per 10 cm of code size for posters — a 20 cm code reads comfortably from about 2 metres away.

Will dark colours other than black really scan?+

Yes, as long as the contrast against the background is strong. Deep purple, navy and dark green all scan reliably. What fails is low contrast — light grey, yellow or pastel codes on white.
