About the Certificate Maker
Beyond's Batch Certificate Maker designs a certificate once and produces a personal copy for every name on your list. Schools ending a term, training centres finishing a cohort, churches running programmes, companies recognising staff — anyone who has ever typed the same certificate forty times will feel the relief. Type the names one per line, and the maker handles the rest.
Choose from three designs (Gold Classic, Modern Purple and Emerald), add your organisation's name, the award title, the reason, the date, a logo and two signatories. Preview each certificate, then download all of them as one tidy multi-page PDF — or save any single one as a PNG for sharing on WhatsApp.
How it works
- Design the certificate. Pick a design, then enter your organisation, the certificate title, the presentation line, the reason, date and signatories. Add your logo if you have one.
- Add the names. Type or paste the recipients' names, one per line. Commas work too — the maker splits and tidies them.
- Preview each one. Step through the names to check spelling and layout on the A4 landscape preview.
